Barbara and I recently refinanced our Home with your Company and we had a wonderful experience with you. Your approach is very professional and you called us and refinanced our Loan when the interest rate when down.
Today we received another email from you stating that if rates go down again you would refinance us again at no cost.

I just finished refinancing with Lenox Financial and it was a breeze. They took care of all the costs and were very quick in getting the loan processed. Ben Cox was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would definately use Lenox Financial again.

Closed my refinance with you guys last week. I was very impressed with your service and with your no closing cost refinance. I had some reservations due to a blog I read on the web that almost steared me away then I did a little research and realized that the guy is just trying to sell his product and not really looking out for my best interest. I am glad I call you guys and everything went just as I was told. Keep me posted when the rates drop!!!

I just filled out the short application on-line and await a mortgage lender to contact me. I hope Lennox financial is true to their word. They state the lender will pay all my closing costs but is there other costs involved (ie. origination fees, processing fees, up-front 1% fee etc.)? Do they state they will pay closing costs and then roll it into our loan?
I guess I will have my questions answered when I start working the loan.

Closed the purchase of our home two weeks ago with Lenox, and it was a great expierence. Ben Cox did a grat job for us. Thanks for all your help Ben.

Currently we are considering a refinance of our home with Lennox.
After checking out the site we are even more convinced and excited because this is not only the right move but the best move.
This model created by Jon is truly a “no brainer” and he is a genius for bringing this to light.
We look forward to doing business with Lennox and have already recommended others to check it out.
